With the development of economic, people has got increasingly demand of the energywhile they has huge growing need for the consumption. Meanwhile, in order to protect theenvironment for human, the development of low-carbon energy and consumption system,andt optimizing energy structure has become an important issue for human. Natural gas as a cleanenergy will result into the people’s perspective. How to use of such "environmental suitable,safe, economic and secure" energy in a safe and effective way, to improve people’s livingstandards, to ensure energy supply, while ensuring the overall safety of gas transmission anddistribution systems has become a pressing issue.This paper analyzed separately for leaks in Shenzhen ground pressure gas pipeline, throughthe analysis of the model, select the Gaussian model as leak diffusion model under thisscenario. And for common instances of leaks in the pressure calculated numerical analysis, aclear scope of this case under the minimum warning and effective lifting height.Through the natural gas leak fault tree analysis, respectively, from the jet fire, vapor cloudexplosions, fires and toxic vapor cloud of gas suffocation several aspects of the scope of theaccident were studied in Shenzhen high-pressure and high-pressure gas pipeline leak when theearth, in order to develop contingency plans, emergency rescue and provide a reference, anddiscussed the principles and considerations of a gas leak emergency.
