With the continuous development of modern industry, the large, heavy-duty, high precision machinery and equipment has been more widely used. The hydraulic technology as the key technology of high-performance machinery has also been rapid developed. Hydraulic control system due to its high accuracy, fast response, light weight, and power-weight ratio, has been widely used in machine tools, rolling mill, mining machinery, and shipbuilding and other systems.Hydraulic valve as an important branch of hydraulic technology, largely determines the performance of the entire hydraulic system. Current large flow servo valve is difficult to achieve high response and large flow servo valves are three forms, which increases the volume of the valve mounting. To do this I use the form of2D valve to design1000L/min high-response servo valve. This design not only solves the problem between large flow contradiction and the high frequency response but also reduces the volume of the servo valve.In this paper, research work and results are as follows:(1)I propose using the form of two2D valve to design large flow servo valve, conduct demonstration program, structural design and principles of analysis demonstrated two valve reaches1000L/min flow is feasible.(2) In order to solve the contradictory relationship between the high frequency response and the large flow of servo valve and to improve the frequency response of the servo valve. Improved2D servo valve hole openings in the form of high pressure from the previous round hole type to the current full bow. Angle input signal improves the unit under the guidance and control traffic increased guidance and control flow gradient. The simulation and experiment to see full bow-type high-pressure bore hole type is indeed better than the high and low frequency response higher hole.(3) In order to test the full bow-type servo valve with hole-type servo valve step response time.Four institutional forms of mechanical step signal is given and analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately selected the double pendulum wheel mechanism. This agency can give1ms or less mechanical angle step signal, and has high reliability, reproducibility, good benefits. Obtained by experiment full bow-type high-voltage servo valve hole in the form of2D step response time of2ms or so.(4) In order to improve the stability of servo valve and ensure the servo valve in the absolute zero under no pressure, and to ensure that motor can go back to the zero position in the case of a sudden power stepper. Designed two zero position holding mechanism.
