Research On Straddling And Innovative Design Methods About The Concrete Mix Equipment

In the evolution of industrial design theory of practice, the idea of starting from reference to innovation is a common and effective design method. The problem is that such idea is mainly applied to the design of light industrial products such as household appliances, electronic products etc., but when we apply this same idea to the design of concrete mix equipment and other heavy machineries, it is unpractical due to the complexity of the functional structure, technology, and application environment of the product. Another problem is that the method of reference and innovative does not have a systematic theory, but basically staying at a practical level.The paper will solve the problems above, and discuss the issue from four parts. Part1is "the current situation and predicament of innovative design of concrete mix equipment". Research methods used in Part1include investigation, comparison, summarization, and abstraction, Topics discussed mainly consist of the elements of innovative design, the current situation and features of concrete mix equipment design, and the predicament we are facing now, Part2is "the enlightenment of Straddling reference and innovation to the design of concrete mix equipment". Research methods used in Part2include documentation and systemization. Topics discussed mainly consist of the idea of Straddling reference, the development and the methods of Straddling reference and innovative design, and the enlightenment of Straddling reference and innovative design to the design of concrete mix equipment. Part3is "the research of Straddling reference and innovative design of concrete mix equipment". Research methods used in Part3include comparison and systemization. Topics discussed mainly consist of the necessity and the object of Straddling reference, namely from construction to concrete mix equipment, from three aspects which are functionality, emotionality and culture, and a summary of the corresponding design system. Part4is "the experiment of Straddling design of concrete mix equipment and the understanding of reference and innovation" Research methods used in Part4combine the theory and the practice, mainly by designing an experiment to put the design system we built in Part3into practice. Also, the further development of design practice is discussed in this part.The results and value of the paper include:(1) the reference and innovative design method of concrete mix equipment summarized while studying the application of reference and innovation in the design of concrete mix equipment builds a design theory channel between the product and other field;(2) introducing of Straddling design method into the design practice of concrete mix equipment, directing designers to design the product rationally, and avoiding only pursuing the form or the function but ignoring the essence of design.
