With the development of our country’s weapon experiments, the new type of experiments put forward the higher requires for the optical measurement in the target field, such as the whole scene measurement and critical incident scene acquisition. But the critical incident scene acquisition is constricted by various factors, the optical detection is difficult, the launch window is narrow, and the proper launch window is to ensure that the optical device detection and tracking is the key factor, even the decisive factors, therefore it is necessary to accurately calculate the launch window, it is necessary to carry out based on optical measurement method for accurate calculation of the launch window. There was no dedicated launch window calculation software, mainly using look-up almanac method, more and more unadapted to the new requirements of experiments. This article from the shoot,"sky shadow" condition, target location, whether celestial flight target was illuminated, sky background change and other factors, studied the method for accurate calculation of the launch window based on optical measurement.This paper applied "two body problem" solution method, calculated the precise solution of the sun and the moon two celestial orbit to affect the optical measurements, taking into account the precession, nutation, celestial light aberration, parallax, their difference, refraction corrections, are calculated by the relative to each optical observation point guaranteed accuracy depending on the location and other important parameters. The "sky shadow" conditions were deduced, gives out the quantitative calculation formula. Application shows that in the influence of meteorological conditions is small; it can satisfy the need to consider the "sky shadow" conditions of the experiments’requirement of launch window computing.The impact of the launch window of factors in addition to the sun and the moon, equipment shooting ability and geographical environment has some effect. This paper analyzes the influence of geographical environment on the tracking shot, comprehensive given the relevant parameters, including the observation point shielding angle, ground temperature, humidity, pressure and other parameters; given the methods of calculating the capabilities of taking photos of the visible light and infrared optical detector, the calculation results for setting observation point distance of optical equipment.Base on the analysis of the launch window calculation methods and the tradition software development model, software application development model, using top-down design programming ideas, the software requirement analyzed, software designed and software programmed. Using Visual Studio C#programming language for software programming, and make full use of the Visual Studio unit test function on key algorithms to test software strictly. Software interface using the relatively mature interface development library, the author mainly concentrate on the window calculation method and other functions, improve the efficiency of software development. In the process of calculation, software used with much matrix operation, the author prepared linear algebra algorithms library, so that the computing process very clear. Under the premise of the right of the calculation results, the author also tries to result in forms more abundant, image, using two-dimensional, three-dimensional geography map, curve graph, text and other methods to show the calculation results, the calculation results can launch window for WORD documents.The further research is needed to better calculation method and perfect software function, making launch window calculation more adapted to the future experiments’ demand.
