| China has a lot of rivers, making the advantageous natural conditions to develop inlandwater navigation. In recent years, the state has been continuously increasing the constructionof inland channels and has published some relevant policy to promote the development ofinland water navigation. Inland water navigation will enter into a high tide of developmentduring the12thFive-Year Plan. This will be a new opportunity to the development of ourshipping industry in the face of the downturn of international ship industry.Large scale is the development tendency of inland vessel in the future. However, withthe increasing power of main engine and the use of light material or decrease of sectionaldimension of frame members to lighten the hull weight, the vibration problem of inlandvessel is becoming more and more prominent. Not only does vibration reduce the comfort ofthe ship, but also threaten the safety of voyage seriously. Once the ship has a violent vibration,the consequence will be very serious, costing a quite economic price or reducing otherperformances of the ship. The vibration problem of inland vessel has its differentcharacteristics with respect to sea crafts’.This paper firstly summarizes the principle of ship vibration and the characteristics ofvibration of inland vessel, and then makes deep computing research of the vibrationperformance of the navigation aid surveying ship “Communication001â€. The navigation aidsurveying ship “Communication001†is a high performance work ship mainly sails in thewater area of Heixiazi Island (the boundary river of China and Russia). When it sails inballast, the forepart of main deck room (the meeting room) will have an obvious vibration,along with the tendency of increasing revolving speed. In order to analyze the cause of itsvibration, this paper makes analysis of its natural mode of vibration in full ballast and partballast by the use of the software MSC Patran/Nastran, checking the frequency storage of thisship, calculating the transient response under the motivation of main engine and propeller infull ballast and part ballast, analyzing the influence that ballast brings to the vibration of thisship. Then makes full scale test of vibration of this ship, comparing and analyzing thecomputation of software and test results. At last, giving advice on remission of the vibrationbased on the results of research and test.This paper has proved the reliability of the method of finite element calculation on analyzing the vibration problem of inland vessel through general vibration analysis on thenavigation aid surveying ship “Communication001â€, gathering experience for the researchon vibration performance for fat light-draft inland vessel with twin engine and twinpropeller. |
