| The reform and open policy has brought us Chinese people a rich and colorful lifeespecially after China entered into the World Trade Organization. But with the rapiddevelopment of economy, prices are rising. There is no doubt that the housing prices rise themost quickly. Some people even believe that Chinese housing price goes up so fast thatpeople can’t afford any more. And at the same time, the income gap is also graduallyincreasing. Many low-income families cannot bear the pressure to buy a house, so theirliving condition is very poor. Facing this situation, the government has put forward therequirement of the construction of indemnificatory housing, dedicated to provide cheaphousing for low-income families, and improve their living standards. This can alsocontribute to social stability and unity. However, there is a very serious problem aboutindemnificatory housing. The construction of indemnificatory housing’s infrastructure lagsrelatively, which make the social benefits of such houses reduce. So we must provide perfectsupporting infrastructure to low-income families, when constructing houses for them. Thiscan really improve the quality of people’s life, and make the indemnificatory housing moreuseful.This research is mainly on the feasibility study of the indemnificatory housing’sinfrastructure project in B City. Based on the current situation of low-income housingprojects, this project involves three parts: Green Home Community, Friendship HomeCommunity, and Workers’ Home Community. Now there is lack of roads, water supply,drainage and community facilities and heating. So it is necessary to launch this project.Because the infrastructure construction of the indemnificatory housing projects needs ahuge amount of money, and it lasts short, we have to analyze and design the projectrigorously. In a word, conducting a feasibility study of the project before it starts is animportant guarantee to project. The main contents of this paper are as the following: firstly,we introduce the background of the this paper and analyze its meaning. Secondly, weanalyze the necessity of the construction of infrastructure in B City indemnificatory housing.Thirdly, the designs of this project is worked out, including the construction condition, thecontents of the project, the specific implementation plans and the its schedule. The fourthpart is the evaluation of the project and the policy and rule of law. The feasibility study of the indemnificatory housing’s infrastructure project in B City isnot only an important preparation work before construction, but also the basis of the futureplans. It is one of important documents to apply for the loans from local government andbanks. We hope that this feasibility study can ensure the project completed, providing a goodenvironment to low-income families timely. We also hope that this paper can become areference for future studies about the infrastructure construction of indemnificatory housing. |
