With China’s economic and social development, People’s lives gradually affluence. Butalong with the deepening of the process of urbanization, pollution of the city is growing, at thesame time, people have become increasingly demanding environment, urban sanitation will playa more important role in the improvement of the urban environment. Human-based cleaning jobin the past can no longer meet the needs of today’s social development, mechanized sanitationequipment make more efficient actor roles.Compared to developed countries, sanitation sweeper in China is still in its infancy,existence small types, simple functionality, low reliability, and other shortcomings. The XGMGCompany increased R&D efforts to develop China’s advanced sweeper. This paper made abrief introduction of the company’s sweeper, Then the use of finite element analysis softwareANSYS to Calculate the structural strength of the simplified finite element model of theproduct’s compartments, then give a Modal analysis of the sweeper model.Strength analysis phase is to identify the vehicle structure of the stress distribution anddeformation under normal load conditions, and find out if there are weaknesses, if there areweaknesses then try to be improved.Modal analysis phase is to identify the vehicle mode shapes and natural frequencies,combined with engines incentives, instructions will be give by the pavement incentives. Thedesigner can consider ways to improve the design on this basis, Make the stiffness morereasonable, while rational arrangement of the other parts of the car, Avoid engine idlingFrequency, Avoid road excitation and so ultimately avoid resonance appears, In order to reducevibration, reduce noise, Improve driving comfort and extending the service life of the machineand to achieve high reliability.
