Infrastructure is a prerequisite for the regional development, it is also one of importantdriving force for the urbanization,the level of infrastructure is a reflection of a region’seconomic strength. Due to the Yinchuan Plain has been developing rapidly in recent years,water supply and drainage infrastructure obviously in short supply situation, the paper aswater system infrastructure of Yinchuan Plain the breakthrough point, through on manyresearch methods like the spot investigation, combining dynamic and static, quantitativeanalysis and qualitative analysis and so on, researched water supply and drainageinfrastructure development situation, existing problems and reasons in the area, analysis of thepossibility of water system infrastructure integration in the region, and study the water systeminfrastructure integrate by the theory of integration in the regional, analyzed several aspects ofthe study area,such as water resources optimization of integration, drainage system integrationthinking,water supply-drainage system coupling relationship and harmonious development,at last, some corresponding integration are given.The results prove that,water resource is very scarced in Yinchuan Plain, ts urbandevelopment mainly depends on the water in The Yellow River, the amount of available waterresources in the Yinchuan Plain presents downward trend, the urban water supply anddrainage facilities, rural irrigation and drainage facilities is insufficient, facilities ability ofthis needs to improve, sewage treatment capacity is low, many sewage discharged directlywithout treatment, caused serious damage on the nearby environment, make the waterenvironment in Upstream of the Yellow River is worsening.Although there are constructreclaimed water system, but the user is less, reclaimed water supply is far less than the designcapacity, so water price is on the high side, unable to large-scale promotion, In theagricultural water diversion, Besides evaporate, most of it are discharge directly, agriculturaldrainage’s utilization rate is very low.Through the integration of water, the region is expectedto lack of water in2015and2020because of supply shortage, appear ecological watershortage for the first time in2020, this indicates that in the future development of YinchuanPlain, the oasis stability may be change because of water shortage.On the basis of comprehensive analysis water system in research area, we believe thatthe region should strengthen the construction of urban water supply and drainage facilities, consummate rural infrastructure, development of regional water supply and sewage treatmentsystem, development of reclaimed water positively, put reclaimed water as an important waterresources in the city. Under the condition of the comprehensive conditions, progress of citydouble pipe water supply system, put recycled water supply users with tap water, and putrecycled water as tap water’s supplement for domestic water,at the same time, the regionshould development of water reuse in agriculture, put agricultural drainage as crop irrigationwater through proper processing, reduce the Yellow River water gradually, provide adequatewater supply for cities in the lower Yellow River,protect the local ecological environment andoasis stability.
