Waterfront Space Design Of Fengxi Port In Zhu Zhou

The waterfront space is an important part of a city, it plays a significant role in the urban development. With the development and construction of urban waterfront space in China, many problems have arisen. In this paper, the concept of symbiosis is introduced, and we are trying to apply the symbiosis concept to solve the existing problems of the waterfront space based on the study on it.Zhuzhou City is China’s new industrial city,Fengxi Port, as one of the important rivers and river systems of Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, plays an inseparably role in the urban construction and development of the city. In this paper, the waterfront space of Fengxi Port is selected as the object to be researched, it is of practical significance.In this paper, based on the concept-related study, plus application of method of literature review combined with excellent practical case studies, the waterfront space study status at home and abroad and the related content of symbiotic concept are studied and concluded. Secondly, through on-site review, the status of the venue and the related unique resources are explored, and also the existing problems with the venue is discovered through SWOT analysis. On this basis, the design goal and positioning are determined and analyzed, and the specific symbiosis content as well as the corresponding design countermeasures are concluded. These are expressed and shown in the general layout through superposition design method. Finally, by designs of function, transport, revetment, node, line of sight, plant and subarea, the symbiosis idea is embodied in the design of Fengxi Port waterfront space as a landscape form. The research on the waterfront space and the related application through introduction of symbiosis concept is expected to offer a certain reference value for other cities in the urban waterfront design.In this paper, the waterfront space design concept has been studied and analyzed, Implemented in Fengxi Port Space design form solutions, a certain reference value for other urban waterfront design.
