Sand and gravel strata is a kind of distinctive characteristics of the loose coarseclastic in quaternary sediment accumulation layer. Is a common building foundation,often encountered in the dam, ports, bridges, buildings and other civil engineeringconstruction, compared with the rock and other strata, sand and gravel layer has itsown characteristics. Grouting, slip casting is also called, a slurry, usually with mobility,solidified with cement slurry is injected into the formation force, or structure cracks,pores or holes, in order to improve the integrity and consistency, improve itsmechanical and seepage properties of an engineering method. Grouting technology isadopted to solve the problem of sand and gravel layer is also present in commonpractice, but the related research is still there are a lot of problems.According to the gravel layer of permeation grouting problems and shortcomings,in order to study the mechanism of permeation grouting gravel beds in seepageconditions, through the establishment of the indoor model test of seepage conditionnew, affected by a series of experiments to study under the action of seepage influencefactors of permeation grouting of sandy gravel. And, through the design andimplementation of visualization of grouting process, thus to study the permeationgrouting process from the angle of visual.(1) Grouting material and sandy gravel performance study.The grouting material of grouting engineering especially the cement groutmaterial widely used are analyzed in detail. Sand and gravel formation on the variousaspects of the characteristics were introduced, especially the sand gravel stratumpermeability are analyzed in detail.(2) Experimental study on permeability of slurry seepage conditions.Through the research and comparison of experimental design method, thefeasibility of the application of uniform design method of grouting test design. Theindoor model experiment of self-developed, production test system, to carry out theexperiment under seepage condition in sand and gravel stratum of permeation grouting.Relationship between grouting effect of various influence factors of grouting diffusionwith different diffusion direction, to establish the mathematical equation of therelationship between the effect of the grout diffusion laws, gravel seepage conditions layers. And the influence of the factors and relations make a comprehensive analysis.To further improve the grouting diffusion theory.(3) Experimental study on visual simulation of grouting process.Through the design of test model, realize the visualization of grouting process.Analysis of the whole process from the visual angle of grouting. And the groutingprocess are summarized and analyzed. Summed up the new research results.
