In recent years, along with the city of the growing process of development and utilization of city underground space has become represent the general trend of city subway construction, ease traffic pressure on the ground with its unique advantages, improving the city traffic environment. an important measure to promote the sustainable development of the city.With the development of the city underground space, the complexity of the subway construction formation increased with the risk and difficulty of subway construction, and the study is extremely difficult, the prediction and control of excavation face stability in construction process is very difficult, very easy to city road subsidence disaster accidents. At present, its research is still stuck in the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and its model test is still relatively small. In view of this gap, focus on innovation and development of city metro construction model test system, and the effect of groundwater seepage considering numerical simulation and model test, and finally apply it to the Ji'nan subway construction has made the research results have a certain theoretical value and engineering significance, mainly including:(1) The city underground space development especially the shield construction situation, summarizes the current research status and research achievements at home and abroad in the field of water seepage, pointed out that in considering the influence of groundwater seepage under the ground subsidence of shield construction of the main problems in the research, the main research content is introduced in this paper.(2) Research and development of shield construction model test bench, the similar material flow solid coupling model in accordance with the geological and mechanical parameters of surrounding rock site preparation, making the test supporting visualization platform, developed a waterproof monitoring technology and automatic monitoring system, and finally applied to the Ji'nan subway shield construction model test.(3) The composite formation model of excavation face stability test, studied in composite strata of different depth, different head height, settlement of shield construction caused by the analysis of the depth and height of water head effects on deformation of ground surface, revealing the surface collapse evolution mechanism.(4) By using the numerical method of three-dimensional numerical simulation of groundwater flow under the action of shield construction, studied the composite layer construction shield in hard soft stratum and the soft hard, buried depth, groundwater state influence on surface deformation of tunnel.
