The presence of traditional throttle control accuracy, response time and other long series of shortcomings, this paper giant magnetostrictive materials. piezoelectric materials introduced into the throttle in a small pilot. Small pilot valve is proposed in this paper, a kind of high precision fast response control good fine-tuning mechanism, driven by piezoelectric-motor adjusting mode, to achieve a precise control of small pilot throttle: flow characteristics of the pilot throttle theoretical analysis, the magnitude of the impact of air flow pressure valve port congestion; piezoelectric motor for driving characteristics were analyzed experimental and research, demonstrates the reliability of this piezoelectric motor.In this paper, the working principle of the microcontroller, designed a piezoelectric motor-driven throttle feedback flow control circuit, the use of sensors to achieve precise throttle traffic control purposes, for the next prototype piezo-driven pilot throttle manufacturing has laid a theoretical foundation.
