Since the use of artillery repeatedly, impaired occurs, that lead to the deviation of emission accuracy and security risks, the manual recoil mechanism mentioned in the article is to serve the artillery service detection device, it generated the same or similar dynamic effect like shooting by an external force for artillery, so instead of firing artillery tests of dynamic performance. Due to manual recoil exert some force on the gun, so there will recoil reaction force acting on the artificial device, so the reliability requirements of artificial recoil bearing device is very high this article focuses on the part of artificial recoil bearing device,include the design and apply finite element analysis method to analysis and study the bearing device, ensure system reliability and stability effectively.First,the article conducted a preliminary design for bearing unit, the structure include fixed base and attitude adjustment device.Secondly, through SOLIDWORKS establish the geometric model of the bearing device, and then import it in ANSYS12.0for analysis. Before the analysis, do the first pre-treatment to the model, including defining element type, define the material parameters, mesh and so on, that is to create their finite element model; went on do the statics analysis for the load-bearing device, we will get the structural deformation and stress contour maps, based on the results to meet the structural strength; followed by modal analysis for the design of the device, get its first few bands natural frequencies and mode shapes of modal analysis to obtain their basic dynamic performance, according to the results of analysis, we can solving the weaknesses of structural and recommend improvements optimal design; addition, the article analyzed the other parts of recoil force bearing device also, thus further ensuring the stability and security in the overall structure of the load-bearing device.
