Research On Rearview Camera Alignment And Provisioning System

With the development of automobile industry, people’s demand of rearview camera have been increased gradually. And the calibration and locking process for the focus length of rearview camera has been completed by hand. To address this problem, this article has presented a rearview camera alignment and provisioning system, in preparation for the focal length automatic calibration system of the rearview camera, and to complete automatic locking the focal length of rearview camera after calibration. So as to realize the automation of calibration and locking process for the focus length of rearview camera.The rearview camera alignment and provisioning system is consisted of three parts: feeding system, posture recognition and adjustment system, pickup and installation system. Adapted in laser illumination and PIN-FET hybrid integrated photoelectric receiver work with timer to identify the posture of the locking device. The pickup and installation system have two robotic hand to work alternately.
