This paper describes the development of multi-parameter testing system for visible and near laser sights.It is used to detect the performance parameters of Optical sights. And the testing system can be used for many purposes, such as the laser beam quality analysis,photoelectric auto-collimator,collimator tube and so on.This paper analyzes the traditional measurement methods for laser beam divergence angle, the momentum between two laser spot and the multi-axes parallelism, puts forward another Detection method which based on the needing of actual testing, and then design the system specifically, it uses CATIA software to design three-dimensional graphics, and this paper also introduces the principle of the various components.The detection system can detect wide spectrum from300nm-1700nm.The different parts of the system fit together in a harmonious way,and really help improve the work efficiency. Using the Lab VIEW software to develop host computer program, realized Data acquisition and Intelligent control processing, ensured the system accuracy and efficient.The multi-parameter testing system of multi-parameter and highly integration greatly improves the detection efficiency, The comparative analysis of the experimental data shows that the angular resolution is2", and the angular accuracy is5".
