Increasing the absorption rate of the light is one of the ways to improve the efficiency of the solar cells. Efficiency test is an important step to evaluate the performance of the solar cells. And the laser interference lithography provides a way to produce the high-efficiency solar cells.Based on the principle of laser interference lithography technique, we produced one kind of light trapping structure. The reflectance and the hydrophobic properties of this structure are detected. Before that, the photolithography threshold of the silicon is analyzed theoretically and experimentally, which is very important for the actual lithographic. Finally, a photovoltaic cell characteristics tester is designed. The experiment result shows:the tester has higher accuracy and speed.
