Study On Planing Design And Control Management Of Urban Nightscape Lighting System

The urban lighting construction of our country has been rapid development inrecent years,which has played a positive role in improving the urban environment,perfecting the urban functions and improving the quality of the city. Besides,it haspromoted the city nocturnal increases and promoted the development of theeconomy.However,the rapid development of the urban lighting project also has led tomore and more problems.Firstly,The urban lighting construction is in an uncontrollablecondition because of the blind construction.Secondly,many cities aggressivelyoverpursue the "bright,color and flash" and ignore the local regional culture,which hascaused the urban characteristic crisis.Besides,the attention to the late management andmaintainance is far from enough.All of these problems in the final analysis are causedby a lack of a scientific and suitable lighting system planning.This research Aimes atsolving these above problems and guiding the city for the better development.In this paper,The author put forward a common method framework on how todevelop city regional culture and establish scientific and rational urban nightscapelighting system planning through analysing the development of the domestic large andmedium-sized city lighting system planning and combining with the author’s years ofexperience in engineering.Besides,this paper also strive to develop a scientific,reason-able and feasible urban lighting planning to guide the construction of urban lighting andachieve the goal of improving the quality of urban environment,dev-eloping the nighttour and showing the regional history and culture.This research taking liaocheng city as an example,mainly discusses the process anddesign idea of mining city regional culture and determining the overall architecturefrom the dual angle of lighting design and lighting control management to analyze.Atthe same time,this paper also emphasizes the important role of the late control andmanagement in the urban lighting system planning.Through analyzing the successfulpractices of Guangzhou and Qingdao in financing channels,control management,electri-city and maintenance costs,this research gives some advices and suggestions for thelighting management of Liaocheng.Besides,This paper points out some general methodsand attention points aim at different regions in lighting design.
