With the rapid development of the national economy, China’s energy demand is increasing for the demand of power especially. Power system is becoming increasingly important to improve the operational reliability of the equipment. once the large and small equipments occur failure, it can cause power outage in part even the whole region, and serious adverse consequences to the production and operation of other departments of the national economy. In order to ensure safe and reliable electrical equipment operation, and to master the operation of devices, it is necessary for real-time monitoring of the operating condition. equipment condition monitoring technology has developed rapidly and now has become the focus of today’s research.This thesis in this context, in the purpose of monitoring equipment operating condition, designs a set of the design and implementation of condition monitoring of equipment and energy consumption evaluation platform, to analyze the main parameter collected and the running condition of equipment. The main job contains:first, according to the current equipment condition monitoring, to conduct a needs analysis of this platform and proposed which features, characteristics are needed to design this platform; then to design the system hardware, that contains a data acquisition module and wireless sensor networks laid a good foundation for data collection and transmission;third, to design the system software, it choose LabVIEW as a PC interface, separately programs the main/subordinate interface, serial communication interface and power consumption interface. In order to facilitate query,it builds a database, uses DataSocket communication technology for host-to-subordinate communication, to complete the software part for the system. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the energy consumption evaluation of the device according to the data collected, getting a general understanding of the extent of the energy consumption evaluation of equipment, makes the whole system more perfect.Finally, according to the design, this platform is completed and run the test and evaluate data analysis. The results of experiments show that the overall research ideas of operating status of electrical equipment, hardware circuits and software design of is reasonable and practical.
