Pure electric vehicles become the future trend of development of transport with its low pollution, low noise, and wide source of electricity and other advantages, and its selection of the motor and drive system is a key technology of pure electric vehicle technology.Researching and designing electric vehicle motor drive control system, not only to optimize the efficiency of the electric vehicle drive system, and can be coordinated with the energy system, to improve the overall performance of the vehicle. This thesis studied and designed a Brushless DC motor drive control system.First, this paper detailly analysised the working principles of brushless DC motor, mechanical properties, drive modes, and established the mathematical model of brushless DC motor.Secondly, aiming at the features of multivariate, non-linear, strong coupling and time varying brushless DC motor servo system, this paper presented an control algorithm characterized by fuzzy logic reasoning and self-adaptation based on fuzzy RBF neural network. The controller used the RBF neural network for the basic structure, made the use of Mamdani fuzzy control method, and the fuzzy rules, fuzzy variables and membership functions is integrated in the network structure and parameters.The brushless DC motor drive control system used double closed-loop speed and currents regulating system, the speed regulating adopts fuzzy RBF neural network controller, currents regulating loop used PI controller. Under the circumstance of high speed, low speed, acceleration and deceleration, this paper made simulation of the brushless DC motor control system. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy RBF neural network is effective, and the brushless DC motor drive control system has fast response, high precision adjustment, anti-interference ability.Finally, this paper designed the pure electric vehicle brushless DC motor drive control system, based on DSP technology to completed some circuit, for example the DSP control circuit, overvoltage protection circuit, IGBT driver circuit and so on and part of software designing.
