Abstract/Summary:
More and more car in the University campus, lead to traffic jams, accidents, environmental pollution, and many other disadvantages, and the nature of the pendulum, the staggered type traffic congestion to campus. To improve all sorts of malpractices, experts and scholars put forward solving strategy implement traffic control, broadening the campus road, but the effect is limited. At the same time, with the vigorous development of the university campus and the rise of university town, their booth pie type development pattern cause the partition function of the campus chaos, poor accessibility issues. At this stage, therefore, the study of university campus space planning and layout is especially important.First of all, through the transit village related theory combing, clear bus typical functions of transit village, at the same time trying to build transit village area organization pattern; Then partitions the function of the university campus, the road system, landscape greening were discussed, analysis, summarized the three kinds of current university campus is more commonly used spatial layout pattern:glyph layout mode, independent type layout mode, composite pattern (including core radiation type and the band vegetative form), complex pattern of many advantages make it the current university campus function partition layout model of trend, but did not respond to the current university campus open trend. Therefore, transit village public transit oriented development mode combined with compound campus layout mode of comprehensive advantages, is bound to improve all kinds of disadvantages of the current university campus planning and layout.Secondly, analysis the university campus has become a transit village condition: including university campus space planning and layout of the urbanization, a community, open, centralization, the core layout features and university campus stressed the importance of open space and go slow environment; Then, from two aspects of functional zoning and service radius of the differences between the campus and transit village, emphasizes the feasibility of transformation. On this basis, the typical model of "local" transit village compound layout mode superposition of typical model in college campus, building university campus space planning and layout of the theory of transit village basic unit and the overall layout of a typical model, make a concrete analysis for its characteristics and range of application. Finally, combined with the spatial layout adjustment of Hunan University, the above proposed university campus space planning and layout under the theory of transit village pattern carries on the practice exploration, through extensive investigation and research, narrow range, summarized research methods, is put forward community space layout adjustment strategy of Hunan University under the theory of transit village.
