| Nutation movable teeth transmission device is developed by using mathematical nutation phenomenon combining movable teeth technology, the transmission system is provided with a large transmission ratio, compact structure, light weight, long service life, strong bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency and precision. This paper mainly studies about the compound type nutation movable teeth transmission device. Based on Nutation principle, the writer calculates the transmission ratio of nutation movable teeth transmission compared.The space trajectory equation of movable toothed roller large end center is calculated through using matrix transformation theory.Solving the theoretical trajectory and curvature Matlab programs have been written. The influences on the tooth profile with the nutation angle, spherical radius and the movable tooth number have been putted forward.Tooth profile trajectory of the fixed gear or the movable gear can be obtained by corrected the theoretical trajectory.The movable gear tangential total force can be determined on the condition of knowing the output torque and rotational speed.The results of analysis carried out on stress condition of the gears and nutation disc, when the device is working.The three-dimensional model of nutation movable teeth transmission device was established by Pro/e, and the motion simulation has been completed. The test plan actualized on open test platform has been made. The plan expounds the test content and method of this new transmission device. The test has been completed after built the test platform.The test proved the feasibility and validity of this kind of transmission. |
