Emergency manufacture mainly refers to the manufacturing activities, whichoccurs after the sudden cases such as disasters and accidents for the emergencyequipment in response to dealing with emergency circumstances. In addition tomeet the requirement of number, it is also characterized by the requirements formore quick, agile and effective measures in response to the market, the aboveproblems put forward new challenges for existing pattern in manufacturing andproduction. It is a significant approach to provide manufacturing resourcesconfiguration quickly and reasonably for manufacturing tasks in emergencyequipment. In order to provide a rapid discovery method and optimizationconfiguration for rapid manufacturing resources in cloud environment, this paperestablished a service-oriented multidimensional model and represented a dynamictracking method. The main content is as follows.Firstly, according to the diverse forms of the resource, fully considering theemergency manufacturing requirements for resources in real-time and highlysharing, we took the element modeling thought and start from the concept layer,metadata layer to establish the manufacturing resources dimension element model,which defined the resource relation, credit evaluation and so on in the bureau, forthe real-time state of resources, we described real-time status and transformation ofresources from the mapping resource capability dimension to the time dimension, atthe same time, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for resource clustering was used inorder to narrow the scope of resource discovery.Secondly, in the basis of the research on mechanisms and rules of dynamicdiscovery of emergency manufacturing resources, using services of semantic Weband multidimensional attributes of resources, designed hierarchical matchingprocess based on localization of real-time node and define matching rules, in order to get candidate set of resources, had a research on localization of real-time node,category similarity of resource node, dynamic chain tracking and each module forrepeat data processing, which realized dynamic associated track found of resources,improved the efficiency of resource discovery.Finally, put forward a resources configuration optimization method of processlevel. With time as the main optimization goal, and comprehensive considering thefactors such as quality and cost, comprehensive optimization model of process wasestablished for sub tasks of one service request. And the model was solved bygenetic algorithm whose operators were improved, for every working procedureprocessing corresponding with a safety relief valve manufacturing was verified.
