Car warning horn and armature gap size determines horn sound, horn products as a fully sealed to ensure that quality, not allowed to adjust. So, to determine the static armature assembly casing depth is qualified or not plays a key role in ensuring the gap size. Therefore, the measurement of the depth of the link housing attaches great importance to it. Depth measurement and adjustment system as a necessary equipment for car warning horn production enterprises, to improve product performance, production efficiency and reduce the loss of raw material has played an irreplaceable role. At present, China’s auto parts enterprises are using artificial detection, or the use of single-chip microcomputer control and pneumatic technology were measured and adjustment of depth, not only the high cost, low efficiency, bad precision, unstable, delay the production automation, at the same time, the existence of security risks. In order to solve the above problems, this paper is designed based on the programmable logic controller and human-machine interface monitoring fusion depth measurement and servo system, and the related technical system conducted deathly research.Firstly, according to the application requirements of the problems and the system to be solved, the overall scheme is put forward and the design goal, for each part of the system to stable integration problem, proposed the system platform and actuator design, pneumatic actuator and its control circuit design. The programmable logic controller and human-machine interface design of the main control unit as the basis.Secondly, according to the demand of measuring system, the measured object model, to design the measuring method and the measuring element, this measurement scheme based on the measuring element, and the programmable logic controller communication connection, software design and human-machine interface design, and the automatic measuring system performance is verified.Finally, aiming at the design target adjustment system, puts forward the servo adjustment design, servo system design of the actuator is composed of permanent magnet AC synchronous motor and planetary roller screw primarily, by establishing the mathematical model, the three closed loop controller for servo system design, and focuses on the multi-modal position control strategy based on the adaptive fuzzy-PID control as the core, through the simulation experiment, the control performance of servo system.The system is proved by the experiment, stability, measurement system and high adjustment accuracy, measurement accuracy is0.01mm, the adjustment precision is up to0.02mm, the measurement and adjustment accuracy as high as99.8%, improve the efficiency of more than40%.The system has excellent control function and friendly interface, and to improve the detection efficiency, improve product quality, is important to reduce loss. At present, the optimized products through the verification have been put into production.
