With With the rapid development of port economy, the leasing company which is established by integrating port mobile machinery equipment provides services to the professional dock, it has become the development trend of port equipment management. To promote the development of the leasing business, we must solve the problem of flow machinery scheduling management. Coducting machinery remote monitoring scheduling system, improving office informatization degree and realizing the equipment of the intelligent dispatching management can effectively improve the level of port management.Determining the methods and ideas to solve the problem.by analyzing the research background and significance and researching status at home and abroad, Paper main research content is as follows:(1) Paper has built the overall framework of the flow of machinery remote monitoring scheduling system and designed the function of each module and implementation scheme. Among them, the design of vehicle terminal solves the acquisition and transmission between the the GPS data and business data; The design of transfer protocol solves the data transmission between the vehicle terminal and center server and storage issues; Using the ADO.NET technology achieves the data response between the client and the daatabase.(2) Studied the two basic problems-equipment assigned and path optimization in the mobile machinery scheduling management. Firstly, based on BPR theory to transform the leasing process and propose new scheduling management processes; On the basis of the new process, use dynamic programming theory to build a assign devices model that consider the case of resource supply. Use Dijkstra algorithm to solve shortest path optimization problems, fully consider the characteristics of mobile machinery and system requirements, improved Dijkstra algorithm from three aspects-storage structure optimization, priority queue selection and increase in algorithmic search. So that system operation and algorithm are more closely.(3) Studied the specific implementation of the mobile machinery remote monitoring scheduling software. By design studies to optimize the database to solve the storage problems of the massive data systems. The key to achieving system functional modules were studied, The use of dynamic graph technology to achieve the real-time monitoring module, build SMS Gateway to implement various forms of alarm function; with ArcGIS platform to complete the Integrated secondary development of the GIS system functionality, constructed a method which can rapid elimination of road matching error based on map-matching algorithm. Finally, Intelligent scheduling and shortest path optimization are designed To achieve two functional modules processes.The use of information technology to solve the problem of the equipment remote monitoring and scheduling is an inevitable trend, the paper is relying on the actual projects, through a lot of research and analysis, built the mobile machinery remote monitoring and dispatching system to meet the needs of equipment leasing business. The paper has some reference value for the study of mobile devices scheduling management.
