The Research On Traffic Streamline Design For Urban Complex

In recent years, the rapid development of the economy promotes the process of urbanization. In the process of urbanization, population growth, land shortage, traffic congestion and other urban ills become increasingly prominent. In order to achieve the sustainable development of urbanization and to meet the rich city life, urban complex as a function highly integrated city organization form that efficiently uses land resources, more and more appeared in every large city of our country. However, compared to the large number of urban complex projects, underlying theory and design research relatively lags behind. Regrettable omissions occur when treating the new issues on urban complex design in old way and perspectives. The traffic flow line of urban complex, which is the link between the urban complex and the city and also the organization of the different function of the urban complex itself, is not only the rope to link different function, but also the organic integration of city and urban complex building. The urban complex traffic flow line design is the guarantee of normal operation of the building.This thesis focuses on the design of urban complex traffic flow lines. The experience of Wanda urban complex design in several years and the domestic and international theoretic research and case study is combined in order to investigate the design rules and methods of traffic flow lines of urban complex, which provides reference for design of traffic flow lines of urban complex in the future.The thesis is divided into seven chapters.Firstly, the research background, purpose and significance are expounded, the terms of urban complex and traffic flow lines are analyzed. Through presenting the domestic and foreign research profiles, the scope, methods and technical route of the research is defined. Then the basic characteristics and traffic flow line evolution of three generations of Products of Wanda Plaza are analyzed. Through discussing the three kinds of interfaces (ground interface, air interface and underground interface) between urban complex and city of pedestrian traffic and car traffic, the external traffic flow lines of urban complex are studied. Besides, the internal traffic flow lines of urban complex are investigated. The design of traffic flow lines of commercial function is mainly discussed. The combination of consumer flow line and traffic flow lines of other functions is also analyzed. After that, the fire evacuation flow line design and logistical flow line design are studied. Lastly, taking Shengyang Olympic Wanda Plaza for example we verify the theory and methods for the traffic organization.
