Project Implementation Study On Steel Structure Plant Construction Of Dong-Yuan Project In SSE Company

Since the21st century, with the progress of science and technology and the development of the society, all walks of life is faced with more and more fierce competition, no exception, so is the plant construction sector. There is a growing concern in our society, which is how to complete a task, under the time limitation, in conjunction with the operation plan, with good quality, so that we can achieve maximum economic benefits. Plant construction is such kind of specialized project, which is designed for creating suitable, safe, economic and environmental buildings, centering on constructional operations management and final productions, to meet the needs of the society. In face of increased fierce competition and constant shorten in various industrial plants construction cycle, once we follow the traditional production way to organize the construction, not only the tasks cannot be finished in time, but also the market opportunities could be lost definitely. How to effectively organize manufacturing is directly related to the efficiency and quality of plant construction, and the survival of steel construction enterprise for further.This thesis adopts the case study as one important research method, setting the project execution of SSE Company Dong-Yuan steel-structure plant construction project as the research object, to elaborate on the main problems we met during the process of project operations for construction of number5main plants and number1cooling workshop. It adopts cause-and-effect diagram to analyze these problems and provide the solutions and methods at the same time. All the solutions and methods were verified during the construction of number4main plants and number2cooling workshop. The result is satisfied.This thesis introduces some theories of project management, with the purpose of integrating theory with practice, to solve the project execution problems existing in the construction of Dong-Yuan steel structure plant, at the same time it also puts the importance of project management on modern manufacturing enterprises.This thesis can be focused on providing references and helps to improve the management practice of industrial plant construction project and modern machine-manufacturing enterprises.
