As one of the most important part of power projects, risk control in project managementhas received more and more attention. How to strengthen the safety risk control and quantifythe risk factors is the important problem which the grid project manager must considercurrently. The key to solve these problems is to construct safety risk control system of thepower grid project.This paper studies the present situation of the project risk management for the domesticpower grid construction; analyze the domestic and international research results of safety riskcontrol. Through the study of the actual C project analysis, and combined with the theory ofthe project safety risk control, while the use of system dynamics, hierarchy analysis method,The Delphy method systematically the effects of various risk factors that affect the securityrisk of power grid project and the weight of each factor, and constructs a security risk controlsystem. System includes6first level indicators,33level two indicators. In first levelindicators, construction management, technical conditions, human resource management andsome corresponding factors in two level index are the key risk factors of power grid project.To demonstrate the feasibility of the safety risk control system for power grid constructionproject, the paper selects C project as the study sample and use the method of questionnairethat expert score which was brought into the system. Through the actual C project risk controlsystem verified the practicability and maneuverability. At the same time, carried on thequantification to the C project risk factors, to tease out the main risk factors, risk controlmeasures are proposed.In this paper, the safety risk control system of power grid project, through the application ofthe C project, validity and safety risk control system. Power grid project could card and judgethe high risk factors of engineering project, and provide direction for the strategy of riskcontrol in power grid project. It will help project managers to develop security risk responsemeasures corresponding to the project, in order to reduce the project safety risk management,improve the success rate of the project to reduce the project cost.
