Abstract/Summary:
The Internet of vehicle is one of the focus demonstration project consisted in the "Internet of Things "the twelfth five-year" development plan". In the future the Internet of vehicle set up a data communication net for vehicles, pedestrians and roads to share nodes data in real time to build intelligent transportation systems. Vehicle Telematics System is the communication interface between vehicles and the vehicles network; it is possible to provide the owners a wealth of traffic safety, fault diagnosis, entertainment, road navigation, Internet news and other functions. This article looks at the actual vehicle demand, research remote fault diagnosis module design based on fault diagnosis system for automotive vehicles; research the implementation methods in information and communication vehicle networking.This paper studies the protocol physical layer and data link layer of vehicle fault diagnosis system communication protocol based on SAE J1850, K-line, CAN bus, confirms requirements of data transmission medium of the physical for vehicle diagnosis communication and ensure that the vehicle fault diagnosis data can be in different communication between network nodes correct transmission. Also the paper researches vehicle fault diagnosis application protocols, including vehicle fault diagnosis interface standards, vehicle fault diagnosis mode, and the vehicle fault code meaning in order to achieve vehicle fault diagnostic services.Then this paper studies the hardware circuit design and software control program design of remote diagnosis module in vehicle Telematics systems. Car fault diagnosis module control unit uses32-bit high-performance microcontrollers of STM32family to control GPRS communication module and fault diagnosis interface modules. The paper designs control unit, wireless communication module and fault diagnostic interface module’s hardware and software control, builds data communication link from the OBD system to a remote server to implement two-way data communications between OBD systems and remote servers. This paper also design a remote server application, set up remote vehicle diagnostics service website, to achieve interactivity with the user information, the users can log in after registering account for remote fault diagnosis and do related operations.Finally, the paper tests the design of the overall system. Log in remote vehicle diagnostics service website, and communicate with the vehicle, read vehicle information, verify the design feasibility of a vehicle remote fault module, provide a reference solution for vehicle data communications networking.
