The analogsignal acquisition unit hardware platform using TI’s SM320F2812GHHMEP as thecontrol core part, using the CycloneII FPGA EP2C35F484I8N chip as the core part ofthe hardware includes timing, Schmidt acquisition circuit, AC and DC voltage signalacquisition circuit, switch signal acquisition circuit, gain control circuit, powermodule and so on, can be realized for different simulation the signal on the machineacquisition.The analog acquisition unit is an integrated management system of the dataacquisition unit, main functions include data acquisition function, the flight data canbe collected, flight control, navigation hydraulic, fuel, engine system. The dataacquisition function, can work state information and the BIT information acquisitionavionics system, the FBW flight control system, electrical and alarm system. Datauninstall feature, can be through the fast reading record card to provide groundequipment data analysis. System self checking function, namely the system with thepower on self, self, self cycle maintenance three self detection functionProved by the experiment, the acquisition scheme and algorithm simulation signalacquisition unit used had received good results, the flight system to collect the data inflight quality, improve aircraft attendance, is of positive significance to reduce groundmaintenance work pressure, recorded in the "flight data and voice data box" cansurvey used as a safety analysis and accident.
