Papers closely heavy haul railway operations train axle, increasing traffic and tunnel disease isincreasing practical problems to Shuo Huang overloaded rail infrastructure enhancement as well as otherheavy line renovation project as the basis, around the "heavy haul railway tunnel lining and the basestructure disease treatment technology " the theme, disease causes and based on analysis by the burdenfeatures, through theoretical analysis, field research and testing, laboratory testing, numerical simulationand other means, the structure of existing heavy rail tunnel disease treatment technology has beensystematically studied, proposed big axle train operations under the conditions existing railway tunneldisease treatment measures. The main contents include:1. Through field investigation and detection means, Shuo Huang rail77tunnels diseaseclassification, and conducted a preliminary tunnel disease class divide.2. For heavy rail tunnel lining, analysis of its mechanism and development law, proposedremediation measures should be lining crack reinforcement-based, removable supplemented by the use ofexisting facilities to local conditions in a comprehensive way, to ensure a certain lining structurewaterproof, integrity, impermeability, and carrying capacity.3.
