Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) features light weight, high specific strength, corrosion resistance and anti-fatigue, etc. Therefore, the CFRP technology of reinforced steel members has been widely applied in civil engineering. However, the interface performance between CFRP and shaped steel has a great influence on reinforced effects of CFRP enhancing members and its failure mechanism, which means that the level of adhesive performance between CFRP and shaped steel can decide the final results of CFRP reinforced steel structure. Thus, it is of great significance to know the adhesive performance between CFRP and profile steel and their variable rules.Based on the sheet anchor and the twisting method of fiber sheets which the tutor has invented, this dissertation puts forward the carbon fiber sheets reinforced technology of end anchor and makes such conclusions through the theoretical analyses and experimental study towards stress performance of adhesive interface between the carbon fiber of end anchor and shaped steel:1. Through the experiment and observation, it builds up interface mechanics model of the carbon fiber sheets of end anchor and shaped steel, giving the computation formulation of bonded interface stress. And the axial pulling from end anchor is also considered.2. Based on the survey to experiment, it analyses the failure process, features and mechanism, in which CFRP and shaped steel are pulled to depart with each other.3. According to experimental data, it makes a systematic analysis to parameters influencing ultimate bearing capacity and fracture morphology, such as bonded length, anchoring type and layers of CFRP sheets.4. The distributing characters of stress in adhesive interface between CFRP and shaped steel are studied scrupulously. Referring to experimental results, it draws a conclusion that the effective bond length of the interface between carbon fiber sheets of end anchor and shaped steel interface is from40mm to60mm.5. Several groups of typical specimens are considered carefully so as to get their bond slippage curves which are nearly made of ascents and descents. These curves after standardization are astonishingly similar in curving features.
