| Abstract:The mountain tunnel engineering is excavated mainly by blasting. The surrounding rock was affected or even damaged by the blasting load. It has important scientific significance and application value for preventing the damage of engineering structures and the safety accidents, and avoiding the economic loss and personal injury by carrying out the research on vibration monitoring and control for the tunnel engineering under the blasting load. This paper researched on the basis of rock blasting mechanism and some theories about blasting seismic wave. Tunnel lining structure was detected by geological radar. The blasting vibration velocity was predicted by Sadaovsky Formula. The numerical analysis model of tunnel blasting was established by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element program, and the old tunnel lining effects under blasting load were studied on the basis of the mechanism and theoretical models of blasting load effects on the tunnel. Some specific measures and methods were proposed. The main contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Based on the detection of the old tunnel lining, field observation, and specific geological data, project overview and disease characteristics of old tunnel was realized. Scientific evidence was provided for the following monitoring.(2)Through many blasting vibration monitoring tests, empirical formula of tunnel blasting vibration velocity was received. And blasting vibration velocity was analyzed on regression analysis.(3)3D model was established by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element program. Through analysis of tunnel blasting dynamic load effect, the inner particle vibration velocity, displacement, maximum principal stress data curve and map of old tunnel was achieved.(4)Comprehensive prevention and control solution of blasting accident was raised through the survey of engineering blasting accident. Base on the national conditions, analysising the importance of legal system for the whole security industry. Proposing the idea of promoting the management by law and curbing accidents by management in the tunnel engineering blasting safety management. Promote management by law, and prevent accidents by management. Combined with the engineering practice and based on engineering problems, enumerated practical engineering management measures and technical methods. |
