Through field testing and numerical simulation,The effects of tunnel blasting on adjacent rock mass and lining and its control measures are studied.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Regression analysis of measured blasting vibration data using the Sadowski formula,The empirical formula for blasting vibration attenuation applied to the Sangzhi tunnel is obtained,and the propagation and attenuation laws of the blasting seismic wave are analyzed.(2)Establish a three-dimensional numerical model based on the actual situation of the project,The dynamic response law of single-hole blasting to the lining structure behind the face is studied.The expression of the maximum vibration velocity and the maximum principal stress is obtained by linear fitting method.Based on the allowable standard of dynamic tensile stress of tunnel concrete lining,the blasting safety allowable vibration speed control standard applicable to Sangzhi tunnel is obtained.The simulation results were compared with the measured data to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation.(3)The dynamic response law of tunnel blasting to surrounding rock and lining of adjacent tunnels is studied.The vibration velocity and stress distribution of surrounding rock and secondary lining of adjacent tunnels are obtained by numerical simulation.Comparative analysis of vibration velocity of adjacent tunnel surrounding rock and secondary lining structure and corresponding relationship between the surrounding rockvault\hance and skewback vibration velocity.Provide a reference for similar full-face blasting. |
