The Research Of Project Schedule Management In Hunan Nuclear Emergency Command Center

In order to achieve the specific objective of a project, planning, organizing, leading, schedule management must be used throughout life cycle. However, to complete the task of construction projects within the stipulated time, schedule management became the most important factor. A comprehensive schedule management should include both scheduling management and planning control, which the former is the fundament of the later, while the later is the guarantee of the former. An effective use of the two helps projects complete on time.Because of the complexity factors in Hunan nuclear emergency command center (Hunan NECC) construction, the scientific progress of the schduling management and control planning are particularly important.In this paper, take Hunan NECC for example, describe the application of the scheduling management and planning control in the process of engineering project.At first, we introduce the preliminary work of Hunan NECC, discusses the overall planning and structure of Hunan NECC, including planning objectives, mode of construction, the overall structure, the project arrangements, organizational structure and job duties;Secondly, by comparing and analyzing different methods of planning, we choose network planning method in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of the project. We first confirm the order of job progress, then according to the rules of drawing network diagram and the value of the six time parameters, we draw up Plan table, Network diagram and Key roadmap of the project. Thirdly, according to the theory of scheduling management, the establishment of project control documents and holding project control meetings are proposed. Meanwhile, we analyze the factors of the delay in project duration, discuss the measure to complete the project on time by changing some logic relationship during the progress. Finally, the project are summarized at end of the article, and left the problem to be further addressed.
