Because of the long time limit, large investment, lots of participant and complex relationship, the construction projects make the construction enterprises locate in the changefully nature and social environment and face all kinds of construction cost risk during the project implement. It looks important to control risk and minish construction cost for cost elements influenced by uncertain factors and high cost and low profit of the construction enterprises.Construction cost risk management is under construction enterprises to their own economic conditions and cost risk management objectives, the choice should be taken to avoid cost loss of control and cost loss of countermeasures, various countermeasures analysis of the cost and consequences of various measures to determine the best combination to achieve the minimum expenses to get the most effective security purposes, and on the base of achieving the original construction cost target, to make themselves to obtain a larger profit.By combining the project risk management theory and the project cost management theory, this paper analyses the risk and the reason during the project implement including bidding phase,construction stage and the stage of completion settlement from the construction cost risk identify. Then the project cost risk evaluation index system is carried on by ISM.In the paper, fuzzy mathematics principle and analytic hierarchy process are used to analysis the comprehensive evaluation assessment, and the comprehensive appraisal method of fuzzy and analytic hierarchy process is set up in the evaluation of construction cost risk on construction enterprises using the basic principle of triangular fuzzy number as well as analytical hierarchy process, and finally it proved to be effective in the case. |
