| In today’s society,the traffic problem has become more seriously which troubled thedevelopment and functioning of urban, traffic accidents increasing by the year,traffic safetyissues had attracted the attention.The real-time video surveillance acted crucial role in theprocess of handling traffic accidents,However, existing systems of the car video surveillanceare stand-alone operation,and which can only achieved the video analysis and playbackfunctions just after the accidents,or in the wireless monitoring system,the image quality is notclear. Therefore,one of the key factors which can solve traffic problems is how to realizereal-time transmission of video and render clear pictures as the same time.The key of thisarticle which use the latest3G technology can achieve real-time transmission and propose anew compression algorithm.In this paper,the video transmission system based on3G technology and H.264technology was researched and designed.The key technology H.264can achieved the highcompression ratio and the compressed image was played smoothly and picture quality wasclear,and the video data can be transmitted in a relatively low rate, in many respects,it haslong been exceeded extant in a compression standard,and in the3G,H.264video compressionstandard has a lot of advantages compare with other standard.Therefore this article introduces3G technology in a real-time video transmission system,as the same time,uses H.264technology to achieve part of video compression.In this paper,the situation of the existing video compression technology and videosurveillance technology were analyzed firstly,and the car video transmission system based on3G technology was designed on the basis of in-depth study of H.264compressionalgorithm,and the H.264compression algorithm was improved.By analysing previouscompression algorithm, draw inadequacies,and proposed a new algorithm——thecombination algorithm of directional asymmetric cross-shaped template and hexagonaldiamond-shaped template.The algorithm reduced to a large extentsearch points and hadhigher coding performance,and improved search speed,clearer picture quality and was moreapplicable to real-time monitoring system of vehicle,H.264in low bandwidth and unstablewireless network has more ensure good network affinity,reliable video transmission, andtherefore was suitable for real-time video transmission.In this paper, by analyzing the actual demand, the vehicle video transmission systembased on3G technology was proposed.The overall program was discussed in detail from the aspects of the software and hardware, OK6410development board based on ARM11,the mainchip of which was S3C6410,and3G wireless module AD3812were selected in terms ofhardware,and hardware-driven process has been detailed.In the software design which wasunder the Linux environment,the writing and debug of the program were achieve,with thesmooth running of the development board,and finally a real-time video transmission systemthrough the RTP/RTCP protocol and3G module was achieved,and the video was clearlydisplayed on the client.Finally,the entire system was tested, the test results show that thesystem can achieve real-time video transmission,and by the improved algorithm,the picturequality of the monitoring had reached requirements,and the system can operate in a long timeand stablely. |
