Research On The Route Selection Of Project Logistics

The supply of project materials,plays a significant role in the implementation of the project. Only by strictly controlling the supply of project materials and ensuring their smooth, safe and orderly arrival can the project be finished smoothly.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:First, this paper describes the research background and significance, introduces the content and method, and summarizes the current research situation in this field; second, according to the characteristics of the project logistic, it analyses the four main factor of the quality of the service of project logistics, including transport time, transport costs, security, and reliability; third, it analyses the characteristics of the project materials so that it can choose a more suitable cargo transportation route; forth, this paper introduces several major modes of transport and their combinations. Meanwhile, it analyses several major factors in the process of project logistics. Finally, it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a project logistics path selection model and uses an example to validate that this model can be applied to project logistics path selection problem.
