The solar cell can currently be used in electric vehicles, but the batteries are expensive, so it is difficult to achieve it to be practical used; while the lead-acid battery is for the energy storage little density,which makes the car used reduction. Dynamic research focus is to seek new energy battery for electric vehicle. however, past studies have notl combined such flywhee with FEM, this paper will studysuch flywheel, also optimize the structure of it.we analys the composite flywheel energy storage research of optimization and design system of the double mass flywheel.we combine composites and finite element,and we get the rusults of the stress intensity and other related information, such as the maximum stress, and we konw how to the optimize the flywheel.Dual quality flywheel are important components of the transmission system, play a great role in the transmission system.It reduces vehicle flywheel torsional vibration and noise, alleviate the impact of transmission system. Although the dual mass flywheel damping function is good, but up to now, our country is not the product of independent intellectual property rights,all needed double mass flywheels are importedfrom foreign countries.In this paper we will analys and optimize the relevant parameters for dual mass flywheel,do research on the principle theory of dual mass flywheel design,dual mass flywheel parts’ manufacturing and processing, material and process technology of the double mass flywheel, existing problems and inertia moment distribution method of DMF, structure design, choice of parameters and3D modeling, the arrangement of the whole structure, selection of spring structure (i.e., multilevel nonlinear variable stiffness scheme selection). Give DMF parameters that are related with reference parameter, the design for the future do service. We use Adams to study the structure optimization of dual mass flywheel, the influence of DMF parameters on its performance, and the influence of design parameters on its performance, also introduced dual mass flywheel and automotive driveline torsional vibration analysis in this paper, overview the important effect of dual mass flywheel in the entire transmission system.Give certain rules of DMF parameter optimization mathematical model for the design and manufacture.
