| With the widespread application of power electronic devices, Grid harmonicpollution problems have become increasingly prominent, Therefore,How toeliminating harmonic pollution and improving the power factor is an importantresearch direction in power electronics technology field.The traditionalphase-controlled rectifier has the defects of lower power-factor and producing largequantity of harmonics.Compared with the phase-controlled retificer,three-phasevoltage source PWM rectifier has the advantages of steady DC output,sinusoidalcurrent of AC-side and high power-factor and bi-direction power flow,ect. Thereforeit gains extensive application and research.This paper focuses on the realization of three-phase voltage-type PWM rectifier,including the theoretical study of the control method, and the implementation of thehardware and software,finally,competing the development of prototype.Firstly,the thesis take three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier as the researchobject,analyze its main circuit topology,principles,and control methods.Establishmathematical models of three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier in three-phaseABC coordinate system and two-phase dq coordinate system,Which lays the theoreticfoundation for system simulation.Secondly, the controller adopted voltage and current double closed-loop control.voltage outer loop using PI regulator to control the output voltage of the three-phasevoltage source PWM rectifier’s DC side,and generate current index. the current innerloop adopting the controlling method which is based on load power feedforward ofdeadbeat control.Utilizing the current index of the voltage outer loop to achieve highpower factor and sinusoidal current control. Meanwhile,Analysis the SPWM controlscheme of the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier in detailed.By building PSIMsimulation model, the simulation results verify that the feasibility of the controlmethod.Finally, to testify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed models,combined with the main technical parameters of the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier. the software and hardware of the system is designed. Its experimentalplatform is constructed, the experimental results show that the correctness andsuperiority of the three-phase PWM rectifier. |
