Power router integrates information flow and energy flow,intelligently controls access and exit of new energy generation equipment and distributed energy storage equipment,and integrates planning and control of power flow in power grid.With more and more domestic small-scale new energy power generation equipment,energy storage equipment and electric vehicles connected to the grid,the role of power router in the grid is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper studies and designs PWM converter module for home power router.Firstly,the single-phase PWM rectifier topology,control strategy and single-phase phase locked loop technology are analyzed,and the appropriate topology is selected according to the application background.The current loop model and voltage loop model of single-phase PWM rectifier are derived.On this basis,aiming at the research vacancy of PI parameter range in transient current PI control strategy,according to the stability of current loop discrete system,the desirable range of PI controller parameters and current loop bandwidth range are deduced,and the transient current PI controller is designed according to the parameter range.Aiming at the problem of steady-state error in transient current control strategy,a joint control strategy of PI control and adaptive feedforward control is proposed.This strategy introduces adaptive feedforward control based on PI control of transient current,which makes up for the shortcomings of existing steady-state errors of PI control,in conditions such as narrow bandwidth of system design,inaccuracy or variation of inductance parameters.The simulation results show that the strategy can self-adaptively converge to inductance parameters,and finally achieve error-free control.In addition,the conventional current control strategy mostly uses the grid voltage feed-forward method to eliminate disturbances.In view of the shortcomings of the existing grid voltage feed-forward control,such as lag and large error,this paper proposes a grid voltage record prediction method,and verifies its accuracy advantage through experiments.At the same time,aiming at the stability problem of SOGI-PLL,the stability of PLL is improved by modifying the resonance frequency reference point of its orthogonal signal generator,and the improved SOGI-PLL is discretized and the program implementation method is given.Finally,according to the application background of the PWM converter module in the home power router,the hardware circuit is designed,and the program of the PWM converter module is designed according to the control strategy,thus completing the design and implementation of the whole PWM converter module.
