GOOSE (Generic Object Oriented Substation Event) is a rapid and real-time application packet, which mainly work in the spacing layer and process layer of digital Substation. The translated signals are closely associated with processing, control and many other important aspects of digital protection and monitoring device, and the message contains some important contents which is normal operation, accidents, emitting of protect action command, excision of system exceptions of the Substation system, through real-time capturing and parsing the GOOSE message, has a very important effect and significance on analyzing and controlling the exception of Substation. This paper mainly research several aspects as follows:(1) Configuration of GOOSE information is researched in SCL configuration file. Due to the complex structure of the configuration file, the more content and the large amount of configuration work, in order to make the configuration work more efficient and quick, this paper combines with the study of SCL configuration file based on. NET platform, realizing the editing tool of SCL configuration file, and use this tool to complete the configuration of the GOOSE information in configuration file.(2) Based on the analysis of transport mechanism and service mapping of GOOSE, and the research of GOOSE frame structure, the method of GOOSE message parsing is given combining with the message instance. This paper mainly researches the GOOSE communication model and real-time transmission of communication, and gives various strategies to improve the real-time of GOOSE message transmission.(3) This paper analyses and researches the abnormal events generated in GOOSE communication, and on the base of the previous chapters, the GOOSE message monitoring system is finished based on WINPACP development kit. This system can parse and extract the relevant GOOSE information of SCL configuration file and through capturing, parsing and analyzing GOOSE message, alarm and prompt to generated abnormal events of communication, and at the same time, store the message for later analysis and query. The test results show that the main function of the system can work normally with greater practicability.
