Research On Installationize Landscape Facilities Design From The Perspective Of Contempoary Art

Landscape facilities are not only component elements of landscape environment but also creators of landscape environment, and they play a very important role in space environment. However, design of landscape facilities is lack of innovation in artistic concept and form and pays excessive attention to utility functions, with single creation techniques, so that landscape facilities are insufficient in artistic appeal and interactivity; homogenization tendency of landscape facilities in visual representation is serious, so that landscape facilities become "general standard parts" without individualities and present the phenomenon of "echoing what other cities have been". Therefore, seeking a kind of new design perspective and method and playing a positive role of landscape facilities are increasingly urgent to construction of urban landscape environment.In this study, the author attempts to interpret, in the perspective of contemporary art, the design representation of contemporary-art-related installation landscape facilities. Based on the contemporary art and landscape facility, this paper attempts to introduce the diversified installation art of the contemporary art into the field of landscape facility design, in hope of seeking the inspiration and motive power for design of contemporary landscape facility and thus improving the artistic, creative and breakthrough essence of the space design of landscape facilities. Starting from the "installation" logic of the installation art, this paper analyzes the interactive relations between the installation art and landscape facility and then draws the conclusion on the commonality between the installation art and landscape facility, based on which its defines "installation landscape facility". After that, it deduces that the installation landscape facility is characterized by seven traits, i.e. open concepts, abundant presenting media, interesting interactive experiences, procedural behavior events, changeable morphologic functions, nonlogical symbolic languages and metaphorical social cultures, and then summarizes four major creating methods and concepts of the design of installation landscape facility, i.e. dynamic design, multi-sensory design, unnatural design and interactive design. Furthermore, directing at its features, this paper determines the three influential factors affecting the installation landscape facilities, i.e. the material technology, environment&place, and behavior&emotion, concluding that the installation landscape facility has a positive influence on activating the urban vitality, extending place spirit and pushing the design ideological trend of landscape design, etc.
