Because in recent years,the rapid development of society,people`s requirment for high living standards have correspondly gotten highter and higher.In order to quickly meet the full needs of the peopleļ¼Œthe IOT become the main way to achieve this goal now.It establishes a human bridge, however, in order to further deepen thisrelationship and realize the link between the human and material things and objects,then the IOT is a indispensable technical means.The IOT is a kind of supervise the object network through various sensor devices.Using their sound, light, heat, electric, mechanic, chemistry and other information to show the features of an object exactly.To realize the identification and control of the object, using the network of the collected information to communicate and transmit.According to the design method and the structural characteristics of the IOT, to design a management system based on vehicle transportation.To achieve the management of vehicle, personnel, goods, transportationscheduling and customer service and many other functions. Then this paper describesthe design concept vehicle transport management system, combines the use ofautomatic identification technology, computer network technology in a structure withTMS theory.This paper first introduces the research background, analyzes the research statusquo of the IOT and TMS at home and abroad; then introduces the structure of the IOTand the required development languages, technologies and tools of the TMS whichneed design and complete; then focus from systems analysis, design and implementapproach to elaborate its implementation process. Among them, the systems analysismainly learns from the requirements analysis, system architecture and features. Thesystems design discusses mainly from the system framework, function modules anddatabase.To achieve the use of the main functional blocks,applies the function codeand implementation process to the system.The QR barcode is also written, the systemuses QR code technology to generate online orders, achieve supervision,recognition,and management of goods. This paper makes a summary, presents the inadequacies togive the solutions and clear the later research.
