The two-dimensional code information transmission is a new type of information transmission method in recent years.It has a powerful storage information space,powerful information carry,excellent error correction capability,high decoding efficiency and high precision.A compressor oil injection information management system are designed in this paper based on DataMatrix two-dimensional code for Qingdao Precision Electromechanical Co.,Ltd.The system includes host computer,PLC,touch screen,Cognex DataMan code reader,etc.The PLC controls the oil filling process and the actual quantity of the oil is uploaded to the host computer through RS-485 communication.The Cognex code reader reads the two-dimensional code of the product label with the product information and uploads it to the host computer through Ethernet communication.The host computer will compress the two-dimensional code of the compressor.After the fuel injection is paired,it is stored in the database for query and post-product traceability.The work of this paper is mainly focused on:(1)Introduction for the types of two-dimensional codes,analyzation for the characteristics and interconnections of different code systems of two-dimensional codes have been carried out in this company.The coding principle,decoding principle and Reed-Solomon error correction algorithm of DataMatrix two-dimensional code are also introduced in this paper.(2)Design for the hardware structure of the compressor oil injection information management system has been done,and the hardware system construction as well.The communication principle,configuration,wiring method and output mode of Cognex DataMan series readers are introduced.The FX2N-485-BD communication board and Q series serial communication module of Mitsubishi PLC are also introduced.The host computer and several Mitsubishi PLCs perform RS-485 communication,and the PLC generates an RS-485 port by configuring a communication board or a module.The host computer communicates with Cognex DataMan via Ethernet.(3)According to the actual oil filling process of the compressor,the oil injection information management system of the compressor is designed.In the Visual Studio 2010 environment,the upper computer program is written in the high-level programming language C#.Reading the oil filling weight in the PLC through RS-485 communication,and reading the Cognex DataMan code reader through Ethernet communication have been implemented as functions.two-dimensional code data,paired and stored in the SQL Server 2008 R2 database.Compressor oil injection information management system has been running stably in Qingdao Precision Electromechanical Co.,Ltd.This system realizes compressor information storage and traceability function,which provides great help for ensuring product quality and improving product traceability.
