In the numerous problems in residential construction,the shorter residential life cyclesis the most important. Residential durability is the core factor of the residential life, andthe residential adaptability can effectively influence the durability of residential space.Therefore,the construction of resident become the matter to solve the adaptability problemof residential life.To solve the problems above, the first matter is to decide the structure of theadaptability residential.In this regard, wall structure system of the adaptability residentialis analysised. wall structure system is a better way to achieve the construction ofadaptability residential.To further study,this paper made a comparative analysis of wall structure underdifferent span.The wall structure under different span with different combination modescreate different space and improve the residential life.Then variability of the residential space is discussed.The combination of the supportspace meet the residents’ desire of variability which improve the residential durability.In conclusion,this paper mainly study on our country’s residential durabilityand,which is an important supplement to the research on the sustainable development ofresidential. The main meaning of the research is to improve the relevant theoreticalfoundation of further research related to the topic.
