The result showed that the cumulative accuracyof oil consumption meter can reach0.5when in the idling condition and instantaneous fuelconsumption undulating dramatically, The maximum error is27%.Fuel consumption meter runssmoothly. Repeatability tests show that oil consumption meter better reliability, total fuelconsumption error can reach0.5, instantaneous fuel consumption error in1200r/min conditions theaverage error is about2.2%.It is also essential to analyze the influence of oil viscosity on accuracy of fuel consumptionmeter by comparing the results of different viscosity fuel flow meter calibration, and the best choseis real used oil, some similar oil is also allowed. The relationship of the loss of flow meterImporters fuel pressure and fuel flow rate shows that the pressure loss increases with the increasein the viscosity of the fuel by analysis and comparison the calibration test. The influence of temperature on fuel viscosity, fuel meter thermal expansion and fuel thermal expansion is neededto analyze, and then calculate.
