Sduty On The Strategy Of Intelligent Construction Based On BIM

“Intelligent City” is a new mode of today’s global urban development which cannot leave theintelligence construction industry, so the “Intelligent Construction” is the important part of“Intelligent City”.“Intelligent Construction” is a new concept, it requires that the constructionindustry development with low consumption, low pollution, sustainable development, andreforming the traditional mode of production with informatization. The concept of “IntelligentConstruction” core technology is the BIM(Building Information Modeling). BIM technology canchange the phenomenon of low efficiency in information sharing between the construction projectdepartments and all the partners in the project. It is the information-based method which applied inthe construction; meanwhile, it is also the technical support to change the traditional constructionconcept.The paper mainly studies the Intelligent Construction based on BIM in the following fiveparts:(1) The paper explains the connotation of intelligent construction combined with a variety ofconstruction concept. The paper also has the analysis the core of BIM and BIM’s value. At themeanwhile, based on the international standards IFC(Industry Foundation Classes), the “BIMmodel” could implement functions such as the BIM model creation, ransformation, read and shareinformation etc..(2) The paper studies and analyzes the function of eight subsystems of the IntelligentConstruction overall framework. According to the function of each subsystem, the paper alsocreates the content and evaluation methods of the post-evaluation with comprehensive evaluationmethod, so that guiding and promoting the concept of Intelligent Construction.(3) Combined with the framework of Intelligent Construction, the paper designs IntelligentConstruction system which based on BIM platform which mainly includes data layer, model layerand application layer. Meanwhile, the paper studies the application layer about optimal control inthe construction, dynamic construction management and dynamic construction simulation etc. Italso formulats the information access authority among the all partners in the construction project.(4) According to the overall framework and the Intelligent Construction based on BIMplatform, the paper puts forward the suitable for the characteristics of Ningbo Intelligent Construction implementation strategy. At the same time, the implementation of path of IntelligentConstruction based on BIM studies respectively from the government, the project owners andconstruction units.(5) The paper also verify the feasibility, validity and value of Intelligent Construction basedon BIM through the application of the engineering pilot project with the Intelligent Constructiontheory system and implement promotion strategy. And it is mainly includes the simulation path, theBIM technology application, etc..
