Using the harmonic function to create the wavinessmodel for the slider, the track and the roller. Then consider the waviness, lubrication andpre-load conditions established for five degrees of freedom slider dynamic model. And usethe Runge-Kutta numerical method to solve the kinetic equation. And then analyze theresults draw waviness on the dynamic characteristics of the roller linear guide.
