Research On Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Based On Multi-objective Decision-making

Highway maintenance is an important work that sustains the highway traffic function. With the growth of service time and the change of using conditions, the highway pavement can produce different type and degree of disease that affect the using functions of highway. For a long time, Highway maintenance department has been in a "where is bad, where is repaired" passive curing state, lack of pre-judging and maintenance in advance for pavement conditions. As a kind of initiative maintenance strategy, preventive maintenance has many advantages, such as the low maintenance cost, the short construction period, the quickly construction speed, the smaller influence on the traffic and so on, which can make the pavement often keep good service condition and operation efficiency. According to the characteristics and requirements of the preventive maintenance work, this paper discusses the highway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance decision process, aiming at providing decision-making reference for preventive maintenance work of the highway pavement project at present.First, this paper comprehensively analyses the common pavement early damage type, the reason of generation, and affect the further development of the factors. In view of the present commonly used pavement evaluation index, this paper presents a number of single index as judging the index, and according to several common early disease puts forward corresponding preventive maintenance measures.Second, this paper studies the choice of timing on preventive maintenance of the highway pavement. The highway pavement maintenance period is divided, then this paper clearly puts forward the implementation cycle of preventive maintenance. Based on the existing selection methods of the preventive maintenance timing, this paper proposes the cost benefit model and evaluation method.Finally, this paper discusses the decision making process of the preventive maintenance. It puts forward several evaluation indexes of the preventive maintenance decision, with the help of Delphi method analysis expert scoring data, and Hierarchical analysis method to determine the weights of different indicators. For the scheme comparison, this paper introduces Pareto optimality theory, for each the preventive maintenance plan makes multi-objective tradeoff analysis, and finally obtains the optimal decision scheme. At last, through the case analysis, it confirmed the optimized decision-making process.
