At the same time as improving energy efficiency and improving theenergy structure, in the strategic level, We should consider CCS as an importantdevelopment direction of carbon emissions. Rich oxygen combustion technology is a newkind of carbon capture technology. The advantage is not only to obtain high concentrationsof CO2(90%95%)but also high efficiency desulfurization denitration function.Oxy-fuel, the new type of the boiler operation mode, shows many differentcharacteristics with ordinary air combustion. Compared with the control method whichpeople know, the equipment operation control regulation of the system will also be facedwith new challenges. Based on the introduction of3MW rich oxygen combustion testsystem and control system, this paper, combining with the test system of the operationcharacteristics and process requirements, chooses five cooling towers of the water coolingsystem as the research object and put forward the structure design scheme of parallel andconstant flow.When design scheme is raised, how to automatically control tower groupbecomes the key. In view of the five cooling tower of different operation modecombination, we put forward the following requirements: in the stable or changecondition,how to set up and switch five cooling towers,mode so that it can reduce theenergy consumptionã€water consumption and the noise? So there must be an optimaloperation control scheme which makes the cooling tower group work and switch best.Based on elevator group control and spot welding group control, we put forward thecooling tower group control strategy of3MW rich oxygen combustion water system bymulti-objective optimization theory.And when the control strategy is used in DCS system,cooling tower group can work automaticallyã€efficiently and harmonious. |
